In 2014 Sony announced it was to make Peter Rabbit
In 2015 Sony further announced the production was to be a live action animated film, through Sony Pictures Animations and Columbia Pictures

In August 2016 saw Columbia Pictures commence production, signing Will Gluck as Director, along with actors James Corden and Rose Byrne
The following month Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki had joined the cast

Filming commenced in October 2016, and was completed in May 2017
Principal photography commenced on 03 January 2017 to 23 April 2017

Daisy Ridley attended two sessions of filming, for the character Cottontail
Live action scenes were completed in Australia in January 2017

Peter Rabbit is released in the UK on Friday 16 March 2018
